Fourstamps per plate block (PB) unless otherwise indicated, for example, PB12 for12 stamps, PB20 for 20 stamps. Many are PB10 or PB20. All plate blocks inprotective glassine holders mounted on pages of a leather Minkus plate blockalbum contained in a red sleeve.
